Last week, members of COD’s youth group MAJOK organized a barbecue at the city’s Brana swimming pool, where they spent a day filled with socializing, laughter and creative games.

In a relaxed atmosphere, the young people had the opportunity to swim, talk, collaborate, and spend quality time outdoors, away from screens and social media. Through various team-based and fun activities, they developed mutual trust, communication skills, and creativity, while forging new friendships and creating wonderful memories.

Such gatherings play an important role in empowering young people, strengthening their social competences and encouraging active spending of free time. We believe that it is through informal socializing, joint activities and a positive environment that young people develop a sense of belonging, responsibility and mutual respect.
