A workshop for women entrepreneurs on the topic “Specific challenges of business and mental health of women entrepreneurs” was held in the premises of the Municipality of Jajce, and organized by the Business Center Jajce, a project of the Center for Education and Socialization (COD) Jajce.
The workshop was led by psychologist Emina Žuna, who discussed with the participants the challenges women face in entrepreneurship, the importance of maintaining mental health, managing stress, and establishing a balance between business and private obligations.
Through interactive work and exchange of experiences, the participants had the opportunity to recognize the factors that affect their psychological well-being, but also to adopt practical tools to strengthen resilience and preserve mental health in everyday business.

The workshop was organized within the framework of the BIHUB III project – Support and Development of Women’s Green and Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whose partner is the Center for Education and Socialization (COD) Jajce. The project will be implemented in the period from January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2028, with the aim of empowering women entrepreneurs, developing green and sustainable business models and improving the entrepreneurial environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
COD Jajce will continue to provide support to women entrepreneurs through education, networking, mentoring and business skills development through the activities of the BIHUB III project in the coming period, contributing to the strengthening of women’s entrepreneurship and sustainable economic development of the local community.
