COD Jajce at the International Partners Meeting in Magdeburg

From February 15 to 18, 2026, the Center for Education and Socializing (COD) Jajce participated in the Annual Partners Meeting at the European Youth Centre in Magdeburg, where they had the opportunity to present their work, activities, and strategic goals, as well as to establish new contacts and open up opportunities for future cooperation.

More than 20 non-governmental organizations from across Europe took part in the meeting, along with representatives of the City of Magdeburg and partner cities.

“This kind of international environment enabled us to exchange experiences, ideas, and good practices, which is of great importance for improving our work with young people in the local community,” said Gaia Giulianelli and Orazio Vacaro, whose engagement and dedication contributed to the successful presentation of COD at the international level.

The program of the meeting was dynamic and interactive. A special focus was placed on the exchange of good practices and finding concrete solutions to improve youth exchanges, as well as on connecting partners for future mobility projects, including exchanges and training programs. As a result of the established contacts and agreed collaborations, in the coming period we expect the implementation of new youth camps, exchanges, and training opportunities that will provide young people from Jajce with opportunities for learning, travel, and gaining international experience.

COD Jajce will continue to actively work on opening up these opportunities for the local community, with a clear intention to enable greater participation of young people in international programs and contribute to their personal and professional development.
